My Services
Deep Tissue Massage
Massage therapy is an excellent preventative health care measure.
Massage therapists treat clients by using touch to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body. With their touch, therapists relieve pain, help heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of clients
A deep tissue massage is a longer process of getting the muscles to relax so the massage therapist can get to the lower layer of connective tissue. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.
TMJ Massage
The TMJ massage treatment consists of a very effective intra-oral treatment using various techniques on the temporomandibular joint as well as the surrounding structures. For the most effective results, the chewing muscle also known as the massester is treated with muscle stripping to reduce muscle tension. This treatment is for you if you clench or grind your teeth in your sleep, have general tightness, tension headaches or have TMJ dysfunction. This is a 1 hour massage treatment of the face, TMJ, head, neck and shoulders.
Pre-Natal Massage
Pregnancy is a powerful and exciting time. It can also be exhausting. A prenatal massage is a great way for expecting mothers to find relief and relaxation. Your therapist is specially trained in how to position and support your body throughout the massage.
Prenatal massage can help to relieve aches in your back and neck, and address leg cramps. Fewer aches and pains can lead to a better night’s sleep. Prenatal massage can also improve circulation, help reduce nervous tension, and help relieve depression or anxiety. Remember to speak with your OBGYN first to decide if prenatal massage is right for you. Then, talk to your massage therapist about adding elements of prenatal massage to your next session.
