Lana Evanson is a Usui/Holyfire Reiki Master Teacher, Meditation Teacher, Energy Intuitive, Life Coach and NLP Practitioner. She uses her intuition and connection with Reiki Energy to help guide others to healing, alignment and Chakra Balancing.
Lana is passionate about teaching others to understand their own energy so that they may live a life of fulfillment. She regularly offers Reiki Level 1 and 2 Courses at H2 OM.

Reiki Energy Healing
We will begin your healing session with introductions in warm lighting, aromatherapy, candle light and relaxing music. As you lay down and get comfortable, I will ask the Reiki energy to begin to flow with the intention of your healing. Before the hands on healing (or off -your choice) I will assess the flow of energy in each of the main 7 chakras. This will help you to understand your own energetic system and validate what has been showing up for you prior to the session. After the chakra assessment we will begin the Reiki healing process with a relaxing body scan and relaxing breath work while the Reiki Energy begins to flow through you. You have the choice of receiving intuitive messages during or after the Reiki process depending on how you feel that day. We will close the session with an energy clearing and I will give you guidance on how you can support your healing in between your Reiki Sessions as I believe that each individual is powerful in their own healing. You have the option for a complimentary oracle card reading for some extra guidance and support.
Reiki Level 1 & 2 Certifications
Reiki Level 1:
In this 1 day Course learn to give reiki to yourself, family & friends and receive a certification!
The course covers:
* what reiki is & how it works
* the history of reiki
* the 5 reiki ideals
* introductions to the chakras
* hand positions for treating yourself & others
* basic reiki techniques for self, spot, chair & table reiki
The course includes:
* a comprehensive manual, “Reiki the Healing Touch First and Second Degree” by William Lee Rand, used for reiki 1 and 2
* Lifetime access to online supplementary resources including recorded meditations, video demonstrations, downloadable reference sheets, client forms, knowledge checks & more
* a powerful placement connecting you with reiki energy
* plenty of hands-on practice learning to sense energy and giving self, spot, chair & full formal table sessions
* Reiki 1 Certificate recognizing you have met the standards of the International Center for Reiki Training
Reiki Level 2:
In this full-day in-person Reiki 2 course, you’ll learn three powerful reiki symbols to support physical, emotional and mental health and healing; how to send reiki through your eyes; how to give table reiki using the symbols; and how to send distance reiki.
The course includes:
* A comprehensive manual, Reiki the Healing Touch First and Second Degree by William Lee Rand, which is used for reiki levels 1 and 2 (if you did not already receive it in reiki 1)
* A powerful placement connecting you to the reiki 2 symbols
* Practice giving reiki through the eyes, on the table using symbols, and by distance
* Supplementary online materials
* Reiki 2 certificate
This course meets the standards of the International Center for Reiki Training (see reiki.org).
Prerequisite: Reiki 1 Certification and a minimum of 21 days of self-healing plus 10 formal table reiki sessions given to others.
