During your initial 60 minute nutrition counselling appointment, Farah will review and assess your medical history, health goals, diet and eating style. Based on this information, Farah will work with you to design a plan that will help you achieve your nutrition goals based on your nutritional needs, food preferences, and lifestyle. Part of this process includes education, tips and strategies on how to create healthy eating habits, empowering you to take an active role in your nutrition journey.
