Reiki Energy Healing (75 min)
We will begin your healing session with introductions in warm lighting, aromatherapy, candle light and relaxing music. As you lay down and get comfortable, I will ask the Reiki energy to begin to flow with the intention of your healing. Before the hands on healing (or off -your choice) I will assess the flow of energy in each of the main 7 chakras. We will begin the Reiki healing process with a relaxing body scan and relaxing breath work while the Reiki Energy begins to flow through you. You have the choice of receiving intuitive messages during or after the Reiki process depending on how you feel that day. We will close the session with an energy clearing and I will give you guidance on how you can support your healing in between your Reiki Sessions as I believe that each individual is powerful in their own healing. You have the option for a complimentary oracle card reading for some extra guidance and support.
