"This newest addition to the Humber Bay Shores area is such a wonderful space. It is bright and cheerful. Instantly putting you at ease and feeling comfortable when you step inside.
They have a wide range of treatments on offer from Reiki, acupuncture, massage, fascial stretch, facials and more.... I had a fantastic appointment with Lauren today. The Tesla Stretch was such a great balance of massage, movement and stretching. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable of her craft and truly worked wonders.
They have a lovely retail area with all natural products to choose from, you have to try the Palm Bites....YUM!
Check out a hydration session with Ryan, you will be amazed at just how much there is to learn about the water we drink. I for one will never reach for a plastic bottled water again and nor will you. The information is what we all need to hear to be able to make the best choices for our long term health.

"This is an amazing place. I just walked by and decided to walk in. The vibe is so relaxing and cozy! In the end I went for a Tesla Stretch therapy treatment and felt great afterwards. I was curious about the Biocharge and gave it a try and loved it. Ryan also was super informative on the importance of staying hydrated but from a totally different perspective from what the norm is. Mind blowing! Definitely worth a visit :)"

"I am so happy with my electrolysed reduced water system. Ryan and Asma’s passion for health and providing health care to the homes in their community is inspiring. On top of educating me with a “Hydration Science Session” Ryan also provides home installation. I honestly could never drink the amount of water I am drinking now 1/2 - 1 gallon/day. The 9.5 pH water is smooth, and hydrating. And I have so many options with the K8 machine to use water to clean my home, feed my plants, degrease pesticides from my food and more..... At the H2 OM Holistic Living Studio, I received incredible treatments from Shana and Lauren. Shana’s warm and gentle touch during our Reiki treatment was supportive and left me feeling very soft. I am working through some emotional knots and Shana’s insights and advice really helped. Lauren provides excellent FRT - Facial Release Technique at H2 OM called the Tesla Stretch. Along with stabilizing and lubricants joints with fluid movements, Lauren balance this with actively stretching tension held in the fascia (the stuff that wraps the muscles). I feel amazing and my hip pain definitely is reduced. To end it all I purchased beautifully crafted rose & lavender bath salts to end the day at home. The salts are so fragrant and calming. I highly recommend H2 OM Holistic Living Studio."

"I came across H2 OM wellness while on a walk in the Humber Bay Shores area. Upon walking into H2 OM, I was warmly greeted by Asma. She told me about all the wonderful unique services that are offered. I tried some of the bio charger sessions and was very impressed. I also received an educational demonstration on water by Ryan, which was very interesting - I learned a lot! I’ve also tried the Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) with Lauren. As someone that does a lot of walking and exercise, it was exactly what my body needed to recover! All the staff at H20m are very welcoming and helpful.
