Grief & Bereavement Counselling
When dealing with grief we cannot just address emotions or mental states, we must deal with the whole person, Mind, Body, and Soul. At H2 OM we pride ourselves in having a very unique approach to grief and bereavement counselling where we work on all three systems; mind, body and soul. We think of counselling from the perspective of the Great Mother, our MAHA DEVI, or Quan Yin; The Mothers of all Mothers.
Grief is one of the most difficult and painful life experiences and needs tenderness, love, and patience. Our Therapists help you navigate through this time with unconditional love and support. Part of your therapy will involve sound therapy, talk therapy and restorative and healing body therapies.
